- How have you incorporated social media into your own work?
- I have used a lot of LinkedIn functions to test ideas and find experts among colleagues from around the world. The LinkedIn groups are great for targeting the interests that draw people together -- essentially tribes of thinkers.
- Boldest IT prediction:
- IT will be a cadre of performance engineers who test applications in digital workspaces where all work tools are hosted remotely. It will also be the storefront to swap noncomputing devices.
- How do you evaluate emerging technologies?
- I rely on the integrated sciences of the Performance Architectural Sciences System (PASS) to judge the value of emerging technologies: Does it enable greater motivation, concentration, awareness and discretion in employees, while helping the executive level to be more adept at improving structure?
