A recent innovative staff idea:
A nontechnical member of my staff proposed building one product marketing plan that included all Arizona Education Learning & Accountability System products. Key customers and end users will quickly understand what each product's direct value is to them personally. The approach is in response to the confusion the individual product rollouts were creating for our customers.
