How are you turning your IT department into a services organization?
We are redefining our customer-facing staff structure and expectations. This will impact our definition of our service levels, requests, incident response and customer notification methods. The effort will be made in conjunction with our customers to integrate them into the experience.
Coolest current project:
I am excited about our enterprise mobility management project. I foresee significant changes in the ways medical care will be delivered to patients and consumers within the next few years. With the variety of new apps now available, we must have an infrastructure and environment ready to support and drive this direction.
A recent innovative staff idea:
An instant notification app that can run from an enterprise server to support messages to an Android or Apple platform, which would include phones and tablets as well as desktops.
