- A large part of my role requires establishment as the organization's ambassador of change. Our leadership believes providing service is greater than the perception of the customer experience. We've defined standard operating procedures for meeting and exceeding the expectations of our business and customers' satisfactions, while reducing costs and increasing speed to market without sacrificing quality.

- Technology, in its simplest fashion, can be defined as a string of highlights, but I am truly inspired by the process of getting to each. Working alongside talented leaders and creative minds has allowed me to support Tickets.com on its grassroots movement to redefine itself as a technology provider.
