- The payments landscape is changing rapidly and the credit card will be obsolete in five years. It is, and will continue to be, all about mobile.
- How do you evaluate emerging technologies?
- In addition to reading industry publications and analyst reports for up-to-date analysis and tapping partner organizations for insights and research, I conduct ongoing peer reviews to identify which emerging technologies other credit unions and national financial services organizations are implementing.
