- When we interview potential IT employees, we talk extensively about our IT culture. We are looking for EQ (emotional intelligence) and not just IQ. IT professionals often forget it's not just about technology. Our team tends to be empathetic, which enables a high level of cooperation with the business.
- A career highlight:
- Currently, I'm based in Beijing, where I'm also responsible for driving the North Asia strategy to accelerate our revenue growth in the region. This isn't your typical CIO responsibility, but I think it highlights the evolution of the CIO from IT leader to business leader.
