- Running our technology operations is something I was happy to delegate to our new CIO. This allows me to focus on my own strengths of connecting with our clients and dreaming up our future software.
- Boldest IT prediction:
- The consumerization of mobile technology combined with the Apple, Google and Microsoft system wars combined with cell phone company subsidies makes me think there's a good chance that by 2018, computers will be 'free,' fully subsidized by the companies that have the best online revenue-generation business models.
