- I'm actively engaged with our internal mentorship program, from one-on-one to group sessions. I recently used my book, Untangled, on organization development to give a two-hour seminar to our interns on how to develop themselves and the organization.
- Skills you'll hire for this year:
- My focus is on developing a framework to train and certify the department's cyber workforce. The range from entry-level analysts to cyberhunters is large, and the available talent is short. We will both train and hire these skills.
- Boldest IT prediction:
- Computing power and voice recognition embedded in fabric and other nontraditional devices for use as sensors and medical devices. It will fundamentally challenge our networks, our analytics, our storage and our management capabilities. Read the full profile
