- Our new intranet includes blogging, status pages and personal ratings so when we post IT news and technical tips, the staff can reply back in a conversational way.

- I have a teaching background, so I like to see my staff learn and develop on their own. When they ask for guidance, rather than give the answer outright, I ask them to give me a draft of what they think it should look like and then we polish that.
- Characteristic most important in an IT hire:
