- How have you incorporated social media into your own work?
- I have embraced Twitter and LinkedIn groups where I can freely share my thoughts and experiences with others as well as learn from colleagues. Internally, I introduced our blog and collaboration tool, HyVE, to help facilitate idea sharing and 'pooling.' The code name 'HyVE' is an acronym for Hyatt Virtual Engagement -- where ideas 'buzz.' It's likely going to be expanded for use across the company.

- My style is honest, direct and laid back. It is not formal. I don't use last names, and I don't believe in titles.
