- My adaptive leadership style enables us to recognize a gap in our solution and the market and be flexible enough to fill that gap. An example of this is completing Pershing's mobile strategy and product road map, where we were able to see the need for anytime, anywhere access for our customers and design our platform to support mobile access on devices such as smartphones and tablets. Another example is to enable our technology stack to run in a private cloud infrastructure.
