- This year we added the role of data scientist to our team. This role is responsible for our big data, analytics, data exploration and visualization, road map and initiatives. In servicing more than 1,500 financial institutions, we need to maximize the value of the amount of information we retain.
- A task you've delegated this year:
- I've delegated the responsibility of running point on customer interactions to a senior director in my team, who engages me when necessary, but otherwise is highly competent to handle these interactions herself. Although I have retained many venues to keep in touch with our financial institution customers, this frees up my time to focus on strategy, developing our staff, and how we can develop the correct solutions for our customers.
