- A diversity of backgrounds, experiences, ages and education is imperative to creating a strong organization. I also look for candidates who are open-minded and team-oriented. Investing in talent management is one of my priorities to strengthen my organization.
- How are you turning your IT department into a services organization?
- When I came onboard at EPA, I laid out my priorities -- focus on service qualities, run my organization like a business, strengthen partnerships, establish a strategic direction and invest in talent management. Most recently, I have launched a customer service initiative to baseline our current levels of providing customer service and to consider industry best practices. This new program will help train across our entire organization to include industry best practices in the course of our normal interactions with customers. Read the full profile
