- It's a tie between two. First, in April 2011, Ryan awarded me the inaugural Innovatus Award. This award recognizes the employee who exemplifies the Ryan brand commitment to delivering 'Innovative Solutions to Taxing Problems.' Of course, the second was being named to the Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leaders list for 2013.

- Although cloud computing is a big trend and can certainly provide value, I don't think it will become as ubiquitous as everyone is saying. Not only is it expensive, but there are also inherent legal and financial risks that companies don't realize they're taking on.
