- One particular vendor was performing somewhat repetitive series of work over time and billing by the hour. After in-depth analysis, we decided to challenge the premise of our contract from a time and materials concept to a fixed-price/outcome-measured concept. This change empowered the vendor to take more accountability for results, creating a win-win situation, lowering costs and improving quality over time.
