- A career highlight:
- I spent the past two and a half years serving as P&G's chief diversity officer, in addition to my shared services and IT responsibilities. In that role, I reported directly to our CEO and chief HR officer. This was an HR broadening assignment where I was able to set and put into motion the company's first global diversity strategy.
- Quick ROI project:
- Last April, we embarked on an aggressive program to increase the number of video collaboration rooms at our offices by more than 150% in just six months. By July, we had already installed 80% of the additional rooms across the globe, seen a significant increase in the number of meetings via the technology, and a measurable reduction in travel.
