- First and foremost, I look for people who are really passionate about their work; people who are proud of their accomplishments and enjoy what they do. I am fortunate to have a team of intelligent and highly self-motivated individuals.
- Coolest current project:
- Converting our entire public Web, spanning over 100 websites and over half a million pages, to work on all mobile devices and to be search-engine-optimized and accessible to the blind. It was cool because by using the latest responsive mobile Web techniques combined with HTML5/CSS3, we finished the project in less than a year's time.
- Boldest IT prediction:
- Always on. Always connected. Constant sharing. Intelligent devices everywhere. Speech and gestures as main forms of interaction with devices.
