- Four years ago, we started to focus on using the word 'customer' in our IT division and since that time we've transitioned to a culture where servicing our internal and external customers is the focus of everything we do.
- How do you evaluate emerging technologies?
- We created a unit we call the 'emerging tech team' to test and pilot new technologies and customer suggestions. Often there are great ideas and innovations that don't survive the usual ROI and project justification process. Our emerging tech team ensures those ideas get considered and exciting innovations are discovered.
