- The latest step has been to develop a Web-based service catalog so that we don't think of ourselves in terms of technologies or organizational units nor present ourselves in technological 'silos' to our client.

- We established a regular working team of senior cross-discipline technologists charged with researching emerging technologies and recommending future direction and alignment of strategic direction.
