- The executive team as well as the entire company go through extensive relational training. I have a very close relationship with all of the executive team. Because of the trust developed through getting to know one another so well, we're able to accomplish an incredible amount of things together.
- How have you surprised your CEO in recent months?
- Gross margin erosion has been a challenge over the past few years, and our CEO set up a meeting to develop a plan for improvement. Rather than wait for the meeting to discuss it, I came prepared with a spreadsheet of 15 areas that we could concentrate on to improve margins.
