- The most important task you've delegated this year?
- With a new deputy CIO, I have delegated the responsibility for establishing a new performance management framework. This new framework will update how we innovate, balance investments with divestments, redefine business-relevant metrics and trending, and ensure higher levels of transparency and accountability.
- What's your boldest IT prediction?
- Research labs will fully institutionalize mobile computing, social media, modeling/simulation and telecommuting into their mainstream business, thus redefining the role of traditional research labs and researchers.
