- In addition to introducing the role of vice president of cloud infrastructure, we have been adding cloud architects and cloud administrators to deliver, support and provision cloud services across converged technologies. With IT as a service, we are also creating the roles of service operation managers and service managers.
- How are you adapting to 'digital natives'?
- We need them as change agents! In fact, at EMC IT, we bring in recent college graduates to our global IT leadership program that cuts across all IT disciplines. This is a two-way street. The new graduates get an incredible opportunity to gain first-hand, real-world experience in a high-tech IT company, and we get an influx of fresh ideas and the opportunity to grow and develop the future IT leaders of EMC.
