- I hire employees who take personal ownership for any task, no matter how large or small. I want people who don't feel tied to formal roles or processes, but will do what's needed to deliver quality results.

- We needed to expand a current product and determined the cost was prohibitive. We leveraged a proof of concept with a competing product to persuade the vendor to significantly reduce the one-time and recurring costs and to turn the agreement into an enterprise agreement allowing for future expansion.
