- In June 2010, Ingram Micro partnered with Model Metrics (since acquired by Salesforce.com) to create the Ingram Micro Cloud, a business and educational resource for nearly 35,000 partners. The service was created within four months with no capital infrastructure, and it generated 800 leads in its first two weeks and 7,000 leads within two months.
