- Our CEO at Pershing is a trusted partner. We have mutual trust and respect for each other. He empowered the IT team to get closer to clients so we can understand and serve them better. That dramatically increased the interactions with the clients. Those interactions allowed the IT team to uncover the opportunities for improvement in our technology platform.

- We were an early adopter of technology and a pioneer in online brokerage. We built an online brokerage on Prodigy in 1988, on smartphones in 1992, on AOL in 1994 and on the Internet in 1996. The smartphone mimicked an ATM, and we got it to do most brokerage functions except deliver cash. Though we had customers using it, it was ahead of its time.
