- I look to hire people who take responsibility by responding to challenging situations with confidence and commitment to finding solutions that align with business outcomes - brand, positioning and cost. They also have to own the results of their actions and lead others to do the same.
- What's your involvement in developing new products or services for your organization?
- I am a regular participant in the marketing and sales planning sessions. The intentions of participating are, first, to understand what is likely to come down the pipeline so that current projects don't create problems for future marketing and sales initiatives; and second, to influence the group as to how technology can be leveraged effectively and efficiently.
