- We have set up a physical innovation lab and equipped it with cool, edgy tools, and allow both IT and the business people to experiment and provide feedback on what they are doing and would like to do.
- How are you building an IT department for the next 10 years?
- We've been studying the emerging trends and realigning our resources to ensure that we are positioned to identify and proactively pursue the opportunities. In addition to our annual Innovation Fair that encourages IT and business employees to create new capabilities to further our business, we've also created a new role of 'innovation architect' to champion and formalize our commitment to emerging trends and mining for new capabilities.
