- My senior infrastructure engineer planned and implemented the majority of our virtual desktop infrastructure while I focused on our enterprise content management efforts. He did an awesome job!

- By allowing them to be innovative and creative in project solutions. I encourage them to routinely think out of the box. We have a fun work environment that provides them with flexible schedules and the ability to work from home remotely as needed - and, of course, we try to be at or above market on salary.
