- IT is all-encompassing, so when IT guys start thinking about what's not part of their jobs, then they aren't doing their jobs correctly. There is no concept of my job vs. your job at Wyse. That mind-set simply doesn't exist here.
- What characteristic is most important to you in an IT hire?
- The ability to think creatively - how to see new solutions from different perspectives. That characteristic brings out the 'aha' moments when trying to find solutions. Rigid thinking doesn't float in my group.
