- How have you incorporated social media into your own work?
- We strive for excellence using IT Hub, the central collaborative site for the IT crew. The Hub houses communities, a media library, IT's central wiki, IT governance information and project sites. It's a means of social networking within IT to build a knowledge base, which forms the basis of true knowledge management.
- Coolest current project:
- Expanding our global footprint, with IT as a key enabler for Vanguard to pursue this effort. Certainly, a program of this scope comes with some challenges, but knowing that Vanguard is going to help people around the globe to finally have access to low-cost, sensible investments makes it worthwhile.
