- I utilize LinkedIn groups to connect with other IT executives and have topical conversations. I am also promoting the use of podcasts, blogs and wikis to share knowledge and expertise, increase productivity and foster a sense of community in the company.
- How do you evaluate emerging technologies?
- I understand the prospective payoff of emerging technology for the business holistically. I partner with vendors to get an evaluation copy of promising technologies. I pilot the technology with a team including business stakeholders to define success criteria, conduct the evaluation, review the results and build the business case.
