- Vendor management. I wish they all could manage themselves and their responsibilities, but some can't.
- What characteristic is most important to you in an IT hire?
- Work ethic. Technology is continually changing, and that requires a constant drive to keep up. I feel focusing on people with a good work ethic will give an organization the best chance keep up to date and understand the best technologies to use, the best ways to use the technology and the best ways to consistently maintain the systems.
- What's your boldest IT prediction?
- RIM won't fail. I wish that wasn't such a bold prediction.
