They can also take advantage of confidential onsite health screenings, a free tobacco cessation program and online resources to help them manage their health. Active Health participants earn points that can be redeemed for up to $300 each year. For four years in a row, IT employees have participated in the company's Eat Well Live Well challenge, in which they strive to increase both the number of steps they take each day and the number of servings of fruits and vegetables they eat each day. This year, more than 200 IT employees on 12 teams participated.
