All employees are offered a monetary award of $200 for completing a yearly health assessment and physical. This money can be used toward anything related to wellness, including gym memberships, home workout equipment, exercise clothing and dues for weight loss programs. Also, the on-site program for healthy living, Motiva, provides wellness tips and free health screenings. Throughout the year, Motiva sets up health screenings for cholesterol, blood pressure and body fat content. The group is available to help manage any difficulty employees are having in those and other health areas. The 2008 "Experience Walking Everywhere" was a campaign to get employees to walk a total of 1 million miles. Each week, participants logged their miles in a database and were entered into a raffle prize drawing. The company completed the challenge and hit the 1 million-mark by midfall. IT workers are offered yearly personal time off, which can be used as vacation or sick days. All employees are allowed to work flexible hours year-round.
