An internal portal called VolunteerMatch helps employees find and register for volunteer opportunities. IT employees have the option of working flexible hours or compressed workweeks; they can also take advantage of job-sharing and part-time work opportunities. A dedicated support team provides equipment to ensure that home offices are as ergonomically sound and comfortable as those on campus.
