I lead consulting teams in the Advanced Analytics practice of Slalom Consulting. Our work lies in the intersection of customer engagement, predictive analytics, and data visualization. I have experience in several industries, but I especially enjoy helping retailers drive more insights from their customer data. Prior to Slalom, I spent several years at IBM, using analytics to evaluate marketing campaigns and develop new product markets.

I lead teams that deliver advanced analytics solutions that help optimize marketing spend and drive greater customer insight. My goal in my work and writing is to democratize and demystify analytics so all organizations can take advantage of it.
