Daryl Ullman is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Emerset Consulting Group Inc., leaders in the field of software licensing negotiations. He has more than 20 years of goal-oriented management, sales and negotiation experience and currently acts as a primary advisor to C-level executives of large corporations to help them successfully negotiate optimal licensing agreements with major vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, etc.

Daryl works to analyze the customer's software assets and requirements to develop business strategies that will protect the client’s commercial, technological, and financial interests as they enter into extensive and highly complex negotiations to reach the best possible terms and conditions.

For several years, Daryl worked for Microsoft in the roles of Licensing Manager for the Enterprise & Partner Group, as well as a Group Manager for Mid-Market Organizations. This and other experience has helped Emerset develop its proprietary Clear Licensing Methodology for conducting software licensing negotiations. Author of the book Negotiating with Microsoft (2012).

Daryl holds a BBA for Business Administration and Management from the University of West London and an MSc in Management and Information Systems from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
