Fuji Xerox snags Triangle Corporation

Fuji Xerox Australia has acquired its sole distributor in Australia and 10-year partner, wide format printing specialists, Triangle Corporation.

In a statement, Fuji Xerox Australia managing director, Nick Kugenthiran said the buy would give the vendor greater access to the “architectural, engineering and construction markets”.

It is the first acquisition for the company since picking up the company formally known as Kaz’s business process outsourcing unit in 2008.

Triangle’s leader, Stuart Hardeman will retire once the deal is finalised. No other details on the acquisition – such as the fate of the staff and value of the deal – were provided.

“This acquisition is a key part of a strategic journey to expand our technology and services offerings and develop integrated document services across various industries,” Kugenthiran said in the statement. “It also signals a new, aggressive era in which Fuji Xerox Australia is not only consolidating, but increasing our market leadership.”
