IT support pilot fish gets a call about a laptop problem from one of his favorite users.

"Yeah, really, she is," fish insists.

"Knowing that we were having a brand-specific issue in some of our systems, I immediately asked what kind of laptop she was using.

"She responded, 'D Y.'

"My catlike mental reflexes instantly responded by swinging my mouth wide open and glazing over my eyes. The mental reboot left me in that condition while the little LED in my head lit up and slowly started processing all the brand names that 'D Y' could possibly be.

"Finally I realized she was looking over her laptop from the top to read the logo in the middle of the lid upside down -- the one that said 'hp'..."
