Help desk pilot fish gets a call from a user who's having trouble with a USB jump drive -- no matter what she does, she can't get it working, she says.
"She asked if we had any spare ones available," reports fish. "I told her we didn't, but I could come and look at the drive for her.
"I got to her desk and looked at the thumb drive she was trying to use. I gave it back to her and told her there was no way she could save her file to it.
"She asked why. I showed her the writing on the back of the USB dongle: 'Wireless Mouse.'
"She told me she could pick one up at the store or email the file."
