Just kidding -- of COURSE it deletes them!

This community college is in the process of upgrading to Microsoft Office 2013, and that's generating uncertainty all over the place, according to a support manager pilot fish on the scene.

"One administrator was concerned," fish says. "She asked an IT tech, 'When Office 2013 is installed, do emails older than 2013 disappear?'

"The tech then forwarded the question on to a system administrator.

"The sysadmin finally answered that, no, upgrading won't purge email before 2013..."
