If you’re considering making a career move, now might be the time, says Matt Leighton, director of recruitment at IT staffing firm Mondo. “With IT being such a candidate’s market -- with the supply outnumbering the demand -- hiring becomes a challenge for us,” he says. “It’s important that candidates make good decisions about where they land in their next job, as there are more considerations than just money.”
