User: "I would like to log into the system."

Fish: What system is it?

User: "You don't need to know that."

Fish: What is your user name?

User: "Why do you need to know that?"

Fish: What software do you use? Do you have settings for the system?

User: "You keep asking me these questions, but you don't need to know that stuff."

Fish: What group do you work with? What are you trying to do?

User: "Listen, you don't know need to know any of these things." Click.

"Next day, I got called into the office," fish reports. "My manager said, 'I got a complaint that you couldn't help a user yesterday.' I explained the situation. He sighed and said, 'I'll take care of it.'"
