Before you contact tech support, use this checklist to possibly solve the most common IT problems

We all encounter IT issues from time to time, whether it's your PC running slow or issues with the keyboard. Talking to tech support can be time-consuming, though, so before you make that lengthy call or enage in numerous back-and-forth emails, try some of the solutions suggested in this infographic.

The infographic was created by London-based IT Support company Conosco, and is designed to identify some of the main problems we encounter with our Windows or Mac computers. The suggestions are straightforward and perhaps can help save both you and your IT department some time (at the very least, when asked if you tried restarting the computer, you can say yes).
