The Dock's new stacks feature. When you click on a folder in the Dock, icons representing all of the files inside the folder arc out across the screen (top). If you've got more than 10 items in a folder, they'll be shown in a grid rather than an arc (bottom). Click to the next page to see a video of stacks in action.
