Booting Mac OS X From a Flash Drive

Mac user Brad Bergeron has posted instructions for turning a flash drive into a bootable disk for Mac OS X. For desktop technicians, flash drives are great tools because you can load all kinds of diagnostic and repair tools onto an ultra-portable device. Now, that flash drive can also serve as a portable boot disk, significantly increasing the number and types of problems that can be resolved with it. This can make a great upgrade to any Mac technician's toolkit.
