If you missed it: Irish company eSpatial released a free version of its mapping service for converting data from CSV files into maps. Those maps can then be embedded on an external website.
The free version allows allows basic data upload, styling and labeling. It allows a maximum of 10,000 records to be stored with a total of 1,000 shared maps and 5 private maps. However, a paid account is needed for other features such as mapping by territories, reports and data export.
