What characteristic is most important to you in an IT hire? Commitment to delivering results for the customer. The entire purpose of my organization or any CIO's shop is to deliver for the customer. I want to ensure that if you are an engineer or a project manager, your focus is on the customers and how your job can improve their work.
Skills you'll hire for this year? We are expanding and further developing our team with additional developers and software engineers so that we can continue to provide our customers with nimble applications.
Coolest current project: I love working on expanding mobility options for staff. It benefits the organization by having staff always connected, and the customers really like it as well. Customers are constantly stopping to say thanks for the new tools to connect.
