How have you incorporated social media into your own work? I use a blog to connect with IT employees across the globe. It has proven to be a very effective means of two-way dialogue ranging from recruiting for a key senior-level international IT role, to recognizing and celebrating business successes and product launches and discussing technology innovation.
What characteristic is most important to you in an IT hire? Demonstrated ability to articulate and measure the impact our IT initiatives have on the business. Our primary mission is to enable ADP to achieve our strategic objectives.
