Employer profile
Over the past two years, IT workers at the Newtown Square, Pa.-based U.S. division of SAP AG have adopted an "SAP Runs SAP" approach. Instead of being merely a support organization, the U.S. IT department serves as the first alpha customer for key SAP products and innovative projects. This approach gives IT staffers a chance to get their hands on cutting-edge technologies and influence product strategies and future SAP sales. Members of the IT department are also encouraged to participate in customer-facing roles.
